With over a dozen award winning scripts under option, Mitch has more than 30 years of experience in producing, writing and directing theater and film, including:

• Co-created/produced the critically acclaimed family fantasy Out of Time with Tony Danza for Showtime and Columbia Pictures
• Hosted and co-wrote Disney Studio’s 50th Anniversary Celebration
• Writing and/or developing screenplays that have won Nicholl, Chesterfield, Disney Fellowship, Sundance, Slamdance, Worldfest, the Canadian National Broadcasting awards
• Produced, budgeted, scheduled and overseen all aspects of film production for award-winning, fully crewed 35mm films (Destinty, The Limited)]

Mitch holds an MFA from the University of California, Irvine, one of the top ten directing schools in the nation, has three years of post graduate training at Orange Coast College and American Film Institute and had the honor of being selected for a top five spot in the highly competitive UCLA professional program Producing the Short Feature Film, beating out 300 other filmmakers.
